How National Cambridge Collectors is organized
NCC is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the art, history, and legacy of glass produced by the Cambridge Glass Company. Our all-volunteer administrators share a passion not just for Cambridge Glass, but also for preservation of history, education about glass making, and the enrichment of the surrounding Cambridge community.

Building NCC for future generations
National Cambridge Collectors, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization operating under a governing Board of Directors, who manage the organization to fulfill our mission. We are governed by our Constitution and By-laws, and have developed a policy book to document the practices and policies that guide us — including industry best-practices such as the Accountable Non-Profit Organization. The Board of Directors is a working board that usually meets monthly to review the workings of the organization and make improvements, adjustments, and directorial guidance as necessary.

Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the National Cambridge Collectors, Inc. will be held on Friday night of the Convention at the Pritchard Laughlin Galleria. Members will receive updates on the organization. Currently, no new business is scheduled for the Annual Meeting.

Finances
An Art and Historical Non-Profit
NCC is a registered corporation in the State of Ohio.The State of Ohio provides a Verification of Registration with the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. Additionally, The Ohio Secretary of State has certified that the Secretary of State of Ohio has custody of the business records for NCC and that the business records show the filing and recording of a NONPROFIT – CERTIFICATE OF CONTINUED EXISTENCE.
NCC is qualified under section 501©3 of the Internal Revenue Code as a tax exempt organization. To be tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, an organization must be organized and operated exclusively for exempt purposes. This code section provides that receipts of the organization are not subject to income taxation.
Additionally, NCC has been determined to be an organization under Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code which qualifies gifts to the organization to qualify for tax deduction by the donor.
Facilities
The Museum
NCC’s world-class museum is located in downtown Cambridge, Ohio. Housing over 10,000 pieces of art, visitors can admire their beauty while learning the history of this handmade American glassware.
Storage Building
Our storage facility houses production tools, molds, and other equipment that NCC has preserved from the original Cambridge Glass Company factory.
Yellow House
Adjacent to the museum, the Yellow House serves as a member meeting space, workshop, and easily accessible storage facility.
Brick Building
Also adjacent to our museum is the Brick Building, a commercial property that NCC leases to provide supplementary income for our ongoing operations.
